Anyone trade a 5th wheel at a car dealership?

I know in Florida this happens as I see a hand full of trailers/5th wheels at the dealerships. Anyone here do that?

Trade in a trailer at a car dealership?

The dealers may be getting them wholesale at auction. I'd imagine they don't offer any repair on the units.

I saw an Excel for sale at a Volvo dealership in Santa Fe, Nm a few years back. They had it over priced and had no clue about it. Learner that they they took it in trade.

There is a nice looking one at a used lot near me now that has been there for nearly a year.

I am going to downsize from a dually truck and 5th wheel to a 1/2 ton truck and a TT. It would be great to trade the 5th wheel in on 1/2 ton truck.

Maybe trade in both truck and 5th wheel. I guess just got to talk to them.

I think sometimes they have trade-in incentives that end up bringing RVs there. Last vehicle purchase I made, there was a GMC trade-in deal where I saved the amount of tax on the trade-in. Could be why they end up with them sometimes.
As a late teen I sold Chevys briefly; trade-ins offer more felxible ways for them to make money...plain and simple.
