Battery Draining in storage
I have a new 2021 Reflection 337. We use it once a month and store for 3 weeks at a time. I use the battery disconnect every time I store it but inevitably I have a very low battery or dead battery every time I go to pick up my RV. I connected a solar trickle charger before I stored it last time and checked it yesterday. My battery reads 11.7V. Shouldn't my battery be find if I use the battery disconnect or am I missing a step?

The step you're missing is believing that the "battery disconnect" really disconnects.
There are some devices that are never shut off with the switch and they will kill your battery. The most direct solution is to physically disconnect the battery. Solar and even mains powered trickle charge solutions may plug the hole but are not a guarantee, as "stuff happens" and you still end up with a dead battery. The only real solution is to do a hard disconnect when storing the camper.

As mentioned by mark some trailers don't fully disconnect the battery. That being said I wouldn't think that a new battery like that should drain that quickly. I would think you could get 2 or 3 months before a dead battery. You must have a fairly good drain going on from somewhere.

More then likely you have a parasitic power user like the propane detector. Most of these are wired directly to the battery.

Disconnect the plus battery wires that feed the RV. If you still have the issue, I would think the batteries were abused by being discharged very low.

My 2007 Itasca 40 FD did this, I ended up putting a battery cut off right at the chassis battery.
Worked good, saved my batteries.

Check and make sure you do not have 2 disconnects. We have a friend with the same rig as you and they have 2 disconnects. One is in the front compartment and the 2nd is in the storage compartment on the front wall.

I drained my battery during first storage. I forgot to turn off the inverter disconnect down in the storage bay.

The factory disconnects, as others have mentioned, do NOT remove all power. Some components such as CO detectors and Leveling Systems remain powered. "Ghost draws" will deplete your battery system, and possible damage it irreparably.
Get these https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1
and install them like this:
The small black wire ties on each side prevent the two halves from coming apart if you unscrew them too much.
I have one on each battery, and once "unscrewed", remove all power from everything.
