bedroom slide

Have a Forrest River Crusader 270 RET. The bedroom slide comes out about 2 inches (front side) and the rear side about 4 inches and the slide stops. If a big battery charger is attached (60 amp) it will move. Any ideas?

Converter is not charging the battery and the battery is dead. This is a 12V system.

The other two slides work normal. Not the battery.

I was reading it as two different slides. I see now the bed slide is 2" out of square. Depends on your system. Could be gears skipped, out of level, to name a couple.

It's out of square and in a bind. If it's gear driven in 2 places, one has jumped a few teeth.
