Best floor plan for full time living

Maybe he has too much time on his hands aka Covid -19. Self isolation lol My wife and I are debating the best ( for us ) floor plan to go full timing in. Not pulling it, but parking it on a RV lot we have purchased. We have our different opinions but thought I would ask those who are full timing and see what you all think. The options are -1 Rear living, kitchen in the middle, bedroom up front ( pretty typical and therefore the most common)
2 - Rear kitchen, living room middle, bedroom front more open .
3- Front Kitchen mid living, bedroom rear. stairs to kitchen and bedroom
Stay safe everyone this too shall pass !

If you're not traveling in it do a search for a park model

Are you going to buy an RV and just leave it year round at a park?

Have you actually started going in RV's. I think if you start going in more RV's that are in your price range that you'll start to filter some out.
We started with King bed, side rad, etc. Now we're back to saving money and getting the cleanest DP we can find. 9 out 10 of the used ones don't meet my standards.

Our top went thru these phases; 150k-200k for used Prevost, something with bunks, 2011-2012 Itasca or Winn Tour, now back at 50k - 75k used DP.
There is one foretravel that I might still be interested in if it's still available when I retire.

We have rear garage with 1/2 bath. Middle LR/ Kitchen with sofa slide out and Fridge/Stove slide out with a sit at island that includes the sink in the middle. Front bedroom with closet/dresser slide out and full bath on same level. Been full timing since September when we sold our 1590sq ft home. In the house it seemed we were always in each others way but rarely happens in this RV.

Are you looking for TT or 5th wheel? I really like the kitchen on this 5th wheel.

If looking at new/slightly used, I'd check one of these Riverstone's out. Went through one at an RV Show. Real nice.

Our friends own a Riverstone. Not one issue with their unit. They love their 5th wheel. One of my requests was being able to watch the TV from the kitchen and separate bathroom. Riverstone weren't around when we were looking.
Good luck.

So much depends on your habits and how you use the trailer. For example, I love mid-kitchen because I tend to do more camping with inside-out cooking so I like the kitchen to be reachable. Front living room seem really nice for the L/R but when touring at shows it feels like the kitchens are a sunken box that is isolated from the other areas.

I tend to really like the standard rear living, island mid-kitchen, front bedroom. Aside from working for my needs, I figure there must be a reason it's the most popular plan from each manufacturer.

We 'live' in our Solitude for about 7 months of the year and really like the floor plan....front bedroom, kitchen/dining/living area in back. If I had it to do again, I would surely have looked at the Riverstone for it's thicker walls and insulation. We also would like a second toilet. The Riverstone in the link above looks almost perfect except for the obvious lack of overhead cabinets in many areas. Our 41' Solitude has more storage. We have overhead cabinets over the long sofa, over the theater seats, over the big TV and in the galley area. Not sure why Forest River didn't put more in that 39K. Our dresser in bedroom is a nice 6 drawer unit. That Riverstone has another fireplace in the middle of what they call a dresser.
