Best low-height 5th wheels

Thinking about upgrading. We are building a lean-to next to our shop to store the camper and are limited to 13' clearance. What are some brands that make 5th wheels that are 12'8" or shorter? Need a bunkhouse - not looking for something enormous - around 30'-33' would be ideal. Lower cost - doesn't need to be fancy.

I believe the Grand Design Reflection fifth wheels come in between 12’ to 12’ 6”. I’m sure most mid-profiles will be in that same range.

I had looked at those specifically, and they are listed at 12'3" for the bunkhouse models. But there is a footnote on that height that it doesn't include the 2nd AC and looking at the models for sale, almost all have the 2nd AC and we live in Texas, so of course we don't really want one AC unit...

Grand Design Reflection 28BH will fit your requirements, by adding the second A/C your overall height will be 12’ 10”

Take a look at the S44MP4S. It's shown with a couch but it's a minor change if the slide is long enough.

Or lower cost.

That being said, a used N.H would be my next trailer.
