Why would you expect good service from a tire dealer when you did not buy the tires from them ??????

Because if you pay someone to do a job you expect them to do the job!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If they did not want to do the drop ship method then they should not be listed on the Tire Rack site as an installer. I had called two different stores before I ordered the tires one did not have the space to install them on a 36” trailer. The second store said no problem if they did not want to install them then they had the chance to say so. Would I be any happier if I had bought the tires from them and got the same level of service?

Ralph - In my case I bought tires from a company with many stores in the area and I expected to be able to have tires serviced or repaired if need be by any store of that company (Big O). Same as I would expect if I bought tires from Walmart or Costco or any other larger tire business. I don't think I was told when I bought tires that they were "special order" and could only be exchanged at the purchasing store. I would not have purchased from them.
