Gate valve

Here is a picture of what I found with a gate valve I changed out a few years ago big chunks in the tank and like concrete stuck to the blade I suppose this is what tore up the seals.

I just replaced this valve, however when I got parts I noticed it didn't have hooks to connect sewer line
ended up replacing just inner slide(I broke my handle on old one)
and put in the new gaskets with new bolts
could see how old gaskets got full of CRAP literally
funny how it slides easy and seals properly
took 15 minutes
