I've opened a new thread based on Lippert's authorization for replacing all 4 springs, u-bolts, and shackles. We'll continue there. But to answer your question, the zerk fitting on the hanger bolt end of the springs have been filed or rubbed off. I'll have to replace the zerk fittings when I replace the springs.

Well here I am in Benson, AZ. Drove 4 days through Texas along I-20 and I-10. Got to Van Horn, TX last night and it got down to 20 degrees. Wednesday we go to our final destination in Mesa, AZ.
