Cold but not hot

Hi all,
As of today when I turn on bathroom Hot water faucet, nothing comes out. When I turn on the cold water faucet, it works fine. Same with shower faucets. Kitchen sink Hot water faucet works fine. Kitchen sink cold water faucet works fine.
We aren't hooked up to water now, just using our freshwater tank.
Electric hot water heater is on; propane hot water heater is off.
Curiously enough, when I turn the hot water faucet in bathroom, the freshwater tank pump makes no noise or effort or pump whatsoever. It's a distinct sound so it's quite obviously absent.
I'm baffled how hot water in the bathroom just simply isn't working, not a trickle.
Called Dutchmen today and was told that a line coming from hot water heater must be frozen... Not sure how that's possible considering it's getting to the kitchen faucet somehow and we have our furnace plus electric space heater running constantly.
Frustrated and hoping for answers....
Thanks all

Well, it is possible it's frozen.
Because if the lavatory and shower faucets run off the same lines, then one can be frozen before the T.
Pull some panels off to find the lines and get some more hot air to them.
