So, I'll keep coming back to this thread and looking for the information shared here. Someone earlier suggested a bigger MH with more slides. We have a 5 1/2 year old that came into our life after we got the DP. HE needs his own room and space.....as we do too!!......so another MH isn't a solution for us right now. We are trying to keep our "dream" of full time rv'ing alive with a child now in the picture. It may or may not work, but we want to try. So again, thank you for the info and keep,it coming!!

If you're not in a big hurry and can wait a little bit. Heartland, is coming out with a new mid bunk in their big country addition. The number on it is a BC 3850 MB, it is in their luxury class it should come with all of the options that you want. The only problem is is it's a new RV and I have not been able to find pictures of them online yet. If you look on RVTrader there some on there but there's no pictures as of yet.

We aren't in that big of a hurry. We have just started exploring the idea of a FW. I'll have to check just this one out. I believe from what I've heard so far is that Heartland is one to check out.

We aren't sure how easy the FW is to set up and not sure what ammenties to expect. We do know the living space is much greater. I'm just looking for more info and if anyone has switched and what your opinions are on that. It's not a done deal for us that we're going to do it but it is something we will be looking into. Also, we will most liking will be looking at used for cost effectiveness as we know a tow truck will be needed.
Before we traded up to our current coach we had a 3912 Keystone Raptor Toy Hauler.

Loved it but so glad we have a Class A. Set up and tear down was a pain as was the length of rig and truck. With the class A I can drop toad in 3 minutes and loose that length in campsite.

Maintenance cost however is much higher.
