Corrigated Underbelly warp

Anyone know what could cause this?

It's nothing . The cheap stuff just flexes . Mine looked like that also. Just make sure that it is not elongating around the screws. If so check for frame cracks. That is a sign of too much frame flexing.

Gravity. It's thin and not supported in the middle areas.

mine has wooden runners from frame to frame but the factory installers weren't smart enough to make sure the screws actually went in to the wooden cross supports.

when I replaced mine after it flexed so much from the wind damage going down the road I installed some thin wall steel tubing from frame rail to frame rail... I think I used 6 pieces...

I pushed up on the new material and found the tubing that I welded to the frame... and put a 2 screws with fender washers on each one... it will still stretch and flex in the wind.. but it seems to be holding up better than the factory installation...

One last thought... I purchased a 1" piece of foam insulation and cut and wedged it into the frame rails before I installed the new material...
