I've got the small version of it, with one wheel. I have a Weber Grill and job box with about 250 pounds of stuff in it, as well as a spare trailer and fiver tire. I've towed it somewhere around 20k miles this year, never a problem. The tires that come with them are good for about 10-15k miles. Also, the tire that's on mine is consistently the lowest temp on the whole rig.
Now for the downside - you are a good five feet longer, with all that entails. In shorter sites, I try to put it in the grass at the end of the site. The biggest downside I've dealt with is that it has no suspension, and is hard on whatever is riding back there. Took three times rebuilding and improving my grill to get it right - now I have no issues, but keep in mind that it was designed to move on the patio, not down a rough road.
