Dealer service/factory service
I have a friend that is trying to use his new Big Horn. Nor cold refrigerator has does not cool. He took delivery in late January this year. Not much help from nor cold or dealer. I will stick with my 20 yr old rig.

He needs a new dealer... unit is under warranty... should be no questions getting it fixed.

Never had an issue with my Norcold. Not understanding why no help from the dealer. Take it there and leave it till it's fixed. It's under warranty.

He can call Norcold and find a local repair facility or a mobile tech that can do warranty work. Look on one of the cabinet doors in his trailer for the phone number for Norcold.

Never had a problem with my nor cold. Then again, I made sure it worked before I accepted delivery. I'll take my nor cold over a 20 year old RV fridge all day long.
Sounds like more of a dealer issue than a nor cold issue. As others have mentioned, your pal some options as the warranty is still good.

He was working with Norcold. Friday they finally decided he needed a new unit. That took 2 weeks for that decision. It has to come from Ohio now and will be another 2 weeks for delivery. I also would have made sure the unit was working at delivery.

I guess I left that out. He did find a local repair shop after the dealer said it would be 60 days before they could see it. His local repair shop told Norcold his findings and it took them 2 weeks to agree to send a new unit.
