I was up on my roof a couple weeks ago and spotted a pencil eraser size hole in the membrane. A week earlier I had cleaned it with my (gulp!) pressure washer for the first time. Not 100% sure, but I may have hit the trigger while it was pointing at the roof. I'm usually pretty conscious about things like that, but I could have had a bonehead moment. I won't be using the pressure washer any longer just to be safe.
Anyway, I used Dicor on it, checked it a few days later, and it was still sealed but about a half dollar sized bubble was now between the membrane and roof around the now patched hole. The weird thing, is it was not there when I used the Dicor on it. The membrane was flush with the roof.
Everyone seems to be raving about Eternabond, so I will probably get a roll of it and stick a piece over the hole. Our fiver sits under a three sided cover, so not too concerned about it right now.
