Dog box and 5th wheel

I have hounds and was wondering if anyone has a dog box that fits between the 5th wheel and tailgate and can hook up with the box in. Ive been looking at mine and I'm thinking of rebuilding it to make everything work together and have a couple of ideas of how to do it. Just was wondering if someone has already figured it out to save me the pain

Any boxes back there have to be cleared by the trailer pin box when you turn, so you have to keep the boxes small enough to not interfere with the pin box. Our pets ride in the back seat of the truck when we travel.

I don’t know if I am understanding your setup, but be very careful of carbon monoxide if the kennel is outside while traveling and behind your truck. Somewhere on this site a few years back someone wrote about that.

This is my current box. I have ideas on how to rebuild it so that the 5ver will clear everything. Just wanted to see if anyone has already done it to save me the time of what didn't work. As far as the dogs going in the truck I don't think so. They also don't go in the house or camper. My dogs are working dogs not house pets and traveling with them in a box like this is the safe way for them and us. Click image for larger version

There is no way you can put a box or boxes like those in the truck bed and pull a 5er, unless you really shrink the dogs down to a miniature poodle. Alternate is a larger truck with a deck forward of the hitch.
