I just purchased the 220RK model. 26' 7"
Its the shortest 5th wheel I have found yet. Quality build and lots of neat features including a pivoting king pin hitch. Pivots at the trailer.

New to this forum but not to the RV world. I figured I'd revive this thread a little since it hit home but in a different way.

Our current RV use is limited to several longer weekends and maybe one-10 day vacation each year due to our careers. We have had 5 different truck campers with a 26' travel trailer mixed in. We value mobility.

We just put money down on our first 5th wheel- a barely used '16 Cougar 25KRS. Rear kitchen with just a dinette and couch.

I just found it amusing that some folks find a 30' or less 5th too small, but that is from my truck camper owner's point of view. As TC owners, the new-to-us Cougar seems huge inside.

Seems like different perspectives depending on what everyone is used to.

Again, we highly value mobility so a short as reasonably possible trailer was our choice and a 5th vs. a TT kept the overall length down.

We have the same trailer. Love it! It's the perfect size for two people. The only thing I don't like about it is the height. Ignore what the brochure says. Number is way off. We measured it and it is 13'3". This is IMPORTANT.
