Dual pitch awning upgrade

All awning I see on 5th wheels seem to high and cannot provide morning or afternoon shade depending the direction you're facing. Yes you can add dropped down screen shades, but they then limit the ability to quickly pull in the awning if needed.

Is there any dual pitch awning like the Girard Nova II, that is on some MH models, made for 5th wheels? Has anybody mount one designed for a MH on a 5th wheel?

This the type of awning I mean.

There are two piece sun shades available , one piece ( top section about 18" wide ) goes in the awning tube; and stays with the awning when rolled up ; and has a zipper to the lower section , that hangs to the ground and can be secured.
The zipper can be undone with a quick walk down the length of the awning, then the awning can be retracted.

I'll see if I can find details and pictures.

Yes, we have one, my wife has RA and her meds say stay out of direct sun light. She cannot physically put up or take down the zippered part, so only I can put it up or take it down. On a day like today, beautiful sunny morning, storms and 40 mph winds in the afternoon. Because I'll be out and about this afternoon, she can't sit out under the awning.

Understand ; RA in my wife's family and she has fear of developing it, she spends her outside time in the shade too.

Good luck in your awning search.
