You have to wonder when a manufacture doesn't put it's name on it's products..

We have one of the above.. have never used it but want to soon.

The company has a contact us button on it's web site but when you click it.. it says it is disabled.. hmmmmm

It has a usb slot ... I want to run movies through it.. cannot figure out what format it accepts.. I have tried 4 now..

Any ideas..other than to toss it ?

I have the manual. It is not very good.. not sure if the writer has actually seen one of these units but no surprise

It says insert the usb into unit.
play the external source.

Do you know what format the movies / shows need to be in ?

Looks like the unit is just and AUDIO amp. There is no format for audio.

It is an odd puppy. radio and dvd player.

So i guess just mp3 for music then.. i will try that...i see that it also accept pictures...

With a laptop i can push movies through the tv but you lose the surround sound..however, i can push the sound through my portable bose speaker..

Sounds like it needs to be updated.
