NO The REAL RV FLEX ARMOR DOES NOT come to you. You MUST go to an Approved Dealer Installer. Like Dependable RV Service in Madison,MS. the other is a Cheap Imitation which is rolled on like paint without removing your AC's and other roof mounted things.

RV Armour is one company.
RV flex armour is another company.
They both have good reviews but RV flex armour is much much thicker and is done at a shop.
RV Armour is done where ever you are but It's much thinner.
RV flex armour is at rvroof.com.
7 weeks ago we got the rvroof.com RV flex armour thick coating sprayed on at a shop in Mesa Arizona. It costs a lot more but is obviously thicker and more durable.
RV Armour is thinner but is probably a good alternative for cost reasons and the convenience of getting it done at your location because it's painted on with rollers and brushes.
Rvroof.com RV flex armour is sprayed on in multi coats that end up being 3/8" thick.
I think both are a good investment. Just check reviews of you particular installer. Not just the product.

FLex Armor RVRoof.com
Had a few small bibles in the RV Armor. They said likely I did not need to do anything about it. I am OCD, so I attempted to get through the bubble to repair it with the kit that RV Armor gives you. I had to really apply effort and cut through with a utility knife. I was surprised at how thick it was.
As stated above they probably are all good. I opted for the convenience of having it done at home while parked, and the lifetime warranty.

There is another major difference between the 2 systems. The RV Armor product is basically painted on in your driveway and is painted around the penetrations. They do not typically remove the A/C units or any other penetrations. The Flex Armor system by RV Roof is different in that all penetraions are removed including the A/C units. The material is then sprayed down into the penetration to prevent water damaging the decking if it ever were to get into the opening. The material is also sprayed over the roof radius and over the top of the gutter to seal the joint where the roof radius meets the sidewalls. New plumbing vent caps are installed along with new A/C gaskets and typically, new vent covers. When I did my research on the various roof systems available, I found there was quite a bit of difference between the two. I'm happy with my FlexArmor roof itself, but I was a bit disappointed with some of the details. (Awning arm wasn't re-installed properly, TV antenna crank wasn't located properly, one A/C unit wasn't installed properly, and several other issues that I ended up correcting myself). I think they got in a hurry with mine as it turned out to be a bigger job than planned. Mine needed all the roof decking replaced. That being said, I'd go with FlexArmor again. I just think its a superior roof.

I agree. That's why we got the flex armour too. Price hurt but we plan on keeping this rig for many years and we full-time so it's worth it.

The reinstall of my 2 ac units is one of my biggest concerns especially since mine are the type which are installed strictly from up top.

Anyone with the RV Flex Armor rood have any comments about the "recoating" at the 10-15 year mark? Thanks.

Not sure how long they have been doing that roof. I can tell you the main roof coating is gray, then the top coat is white. Its basically a painted on topcoat, I presume to protect the basecoat from UV. I wouldn't think it would be a big deal to re-coat it.

I have to get my roof repaired now. I caught a tree branch, my fault. Any of you used the Denton , Tx flex-armor installer as they are only a 2 1/2 hr drive from me.
