Flush Mount Windows

Have a 2017 Jayco North Point with flush mount windows and discovered the the top of the window is separating from the frame. Has anyone experienced this and is there a fix for it? It seems to still be secure but has me worried when traveling.

Sounds like a trip to the dealer or factory for replacement is in order if it's still under warranty. I unfortunately broke a side slide window on the Solitude. It's a 3 panel, upper fixed and 2 lower open tilting out. I broke the upper. Frameless so figured just a matter of getting a new glass panel since it appeared to be a typical urethane seal. Not so. Windows made by Lippert and only available as a unit. Lippert and GD retail was 750+ plus shipping but different dealers charge different $$$. Grand Designs sales recommended a dealer in Oregon that ordered from the GD factory and had it drop shipped to my repair facility. $450 plus shipping which was around $250.

If the upper pane of window is separating from the frame then perhaps adding some appropriate sealant along the edges to supplement the original sealant might work. Otherwise sounds like you might have a failing seal and leaking and separation are in the future.

Nothing is simple or cheap in these things.

If the windows small enough then why not just unscrew the inner trim ring and remove the window to see whats wrong on the top of it. Frameless don't use butyl tape or caulk so removing is really easy.

Is it dual glazed and the panes are separating? Pictures would help.
