Ford F350 SD Factory Brake Control Compatibility

Wondering if anyone has experience with the Tucson Brake System. I just bought a 2022 Ford F350SD Dually and am wondering if the factory installed brake controller is compatible with the "Tucson" Brake System on a 5th Wheel. 5th Wheel RV has 3 axles with brakes on all wheels. TIA

What is "Tucson" Brake System ?

What 5th wheel do you have?

Factory brake controller should control braking on trailer w/o any other controller needed

Never heard of "Tucson" Brake System so more details about it would be helpful

Tucson Brake System is electric / hydraulic brake system. We will be pulling a 2014 New Horizon Majestic.

All I can tell you is that my 2022 SD (with the Ultimate trailer tow package) has an option for "electric over hydraulic" brakes in the setup menu.

If you're referring to a hydraulic disc system which uses the "Tuson" electric over hydraulic brake actuator, I had a toy hauler equipped with one which I pulled with a 2021 F450. I set the truck's brake controller to the electric over hydraulic setting and it worked just fine.

If you're referring to an electric drum brake system that includes the "Tuson" anti-sway module, I had a trailer that included that but it was prior when I purchased my Super Duty. But the Tuson anti-sway system is pretty much a regular electric trailer brake setup as far as the truck's brake controller would see. I'd expect it to be compatible with any brake controller when set to its normal electric trailer brake setting.
