The overflow is where you put the hose in to fill it up. When you fill it up, it overflows when full. I'm sorry- I really don't understand what the concern is- if any.

Side Vent. . .
Most 5ver's have the overflow tube/vent on the driver side of the unit. Mine is just past the water heater. It is a covered fill or overflow tube with about an 1 1/2" tube with cap. You can fill the Water tank thru it vs. the hose hookup or it will also overflow through this if the tank exceeds capacity. I'll try to get a pic today and post what mine looks like for you.
There is also a a main drain for my tank in the bottom of the rig as well as the low draim hoses (blue & red) that you show on yours. Here is all I can show you now. It is the last little door to the right in the blue box.

tdst51, there was a previous post (on this forum? could have been another one), about someone's fresh water tank exploding from overfilling... so, I'm doing some due diligence to make sure that doesn't happen to me

I had the same concern about overfilling mine thru the regular fill port. I do have a gravity fill as well so I overfilled there and it ran out the filler port. It does not appear that I have an overflow line on mine. If I need max fill I would use that instead of going thru the city water fill.

I completely understand. I don't think I have an overflow on mine, (that I know of anyway) so I just didn't get it.

Does your hose just stick in the fresh water fill or does it screw in? If it just sticks in then when it's full it will back-fill out the fill. Some fresh water fills, like mine, have a vent right next to the fill hole. Regardless though when it reaches full and I don't shut it off in time then the excess water will pour back out the fill. Looks like you're missing a vent is all.

Cumminsfan,
Hose: screw in
Also, yes there is a vent (Fresh Water Tank Vent) next to the FW intake

Fresh water tank should have an overflow line.....typically 1/2" so that tank can NOT be pressurized
Vent line allows air in/out but is too small to stop tank from being pressurized when filling with a hose under pressure.
Check behind wheels on drivers side for an uncapped drain line.....overflow
S/B a line with valve also...that is tank bottom drain
When I fill my tank I wait until I hear water splashing then I know tank is full.

The fresh water tank vent is the overfill/overflow. It has a 1 1/4" hose attached to it. Be careful not to have anything that should not get wet in the area below it as water will come out of the vent. I have moved mine to the bottom of the belly using a drain tail pipe extension and a piece of screen to keep the critters out.
