If not, you can probably still do it.
Need a long screwdriver or something that you can reach the sides of the fan motor. Put a couple of drops on light viscosity non detergent oil (like sewing machine oil) and let it wick into the bushing.

Thanks for the screwdriver tip. Last time I had my suburban out I took squire cages off to oil. Wish I knew this trick.

Well, you all talked me into it, going to take it out again this morning and see if I can get the noisy fan to quieten down. Talked to a guy at the local rv dealership, and he said it sounded to him like the cage was rubbing on something. Momma says it's to loud, so have to make her happy....

Must be a new design. Most are just bushings (yes a form of bearing) and NOT sealed.
If you go back in there, let us know.
Thanks.

This is what I found in the blower housing. Decided if i was going to oil the motor had to open it up to get to the shaft and low and behold...Kinda what I expected, since we have dirt dobbers really bad around here...Oh, quiet as can be now...it is curved just like the inside of the housing....

It wasn't attached to the blower wheel, but was between it and the housing. May have been until I turned the motor with a screwdriver the other day. Just glad I found it and the problem is solved, and screens have been ordered. Oh, I checked the water heater and refrigerator areas and didn't find any more nest.I am betting it was in there when I bought the rig last summer...

Get some flea collars and put in those areas you can access. Putting "critter screens" can reduce air flow and negatively affect them. Especially in mud dauber season, a fresh collar probably helps. I have them in the refer, water heater but can't get one in the propane heater. For that I wrap some paper towels around the openings while not being used. In south AL, they are a real spring and summer problem.
