Furrion Rear view and marker cameras.

our fifth wheel has come from the factory prewired for Furrion cameras such that all i have to do is remove the lens and plug the cameras in.
So....all the Furrion camera kits I've searched for come with the complete light assembly for each light. I only need the cameras to plug in to my existing lamps.

the question is....does Furrion have a kit with only the cameras and not the complete lens assemblies?

(rear over head, right and left markers and license plate)

I have seen some on Class "A" were the side camera is like a little bullet mounted on the side, but not sure id they are Furrion brand.

Are you talking about something like this:

no....if i remove the marker lens there are 2 screws are holding the "filler" for the camera mounting. remove that plug and the camera pops right in.

Furrion makes the cameras that plug right into the side marker but i don't need the side marker they provide.....i don't want to pay or something i'm not going to need/use.

Furrion marker light camera

I would put my money on Furrion includes the marker light because of the variations of marker light bases. From my perspective I would not be a happy customer after investing in one of their systems only to find out my square base maker light didn’t fit in their round base. At the very least it might take $5-10 off the kit cost.

Look at your awning arm placements. I know some friends who did the new Furrion side camera install. A couple of them had issues with the awning arms blocking part of the view of the side mount cameras. The way we solved one of their issues was to use a cutting board and make a 1/2" thick mounting plate to install under the camera assembly. Just saying to check and see if it could be an issue on your unit so you may be aware of it.

If you have the prewired Furrion Marker lights from the factory just call Furrion and tell them you just need the camera inserts for your factory installed prewired marker lights. They'll only sell you the inserts assuming you have the monitor and rear camera already.
