Fuses for the lights

About half of the light fixtures and the bathroom fan in my '86 Kountry Star 5th wheel are not working. The 4 breakers in the closet are ok, and the bathroom GFI is ok (have a radio plugged into it to test). I have tried new bulbs, and am more then willing to pick up a few new fixtures, but before I spend money on that, I was checking around and was told there is a normal car-type fuse box somewhere in that thing. Since the lights and fan are 12 volt, I guess that would make sense. Anyone have any idea where I could look for this?

Thanks a bunch! One month away from a cross-USA trip with the family and lights might be nice!

Can't help with the location of the fuses, but they will be there somewhere. The breakers are only for the 110 volt system, and don't affect the 12 volt system.
Make sure you don't have a 2nd GFI somewhere that is tripped.

It would be unusual for lights to be on GFI. Our fuse panel is near the converter, under the oven and there is another in the front bay with the battery.

My current Kountry Star has the fuses in the cabinet next to the circuit breaker panel. My first Kountry Star had it in a cabinet under the stove. Look in every cabinet until you find it.

We had a blown fuse that looked intact when I took it out and looked at it. The other thing is that there are large fuses on the convertor (30 amp I think). check the fuses on the convertor and recheck those fuses that look "ok".

K-Star, that was it! I didnt recognize the box as a fuse box and thought it was part of the inverter stuff. Once I found the hinge and got it to open, life is good. There was a bad fuse on the door side! Thanks everyone.
