Grand Design Momentum 350M question

My husband and I were looking at the GD 350M last night (video tour). We were thinking we really liked the 349M but like the extra bathroom and laundry hook ups in the 350M. We have only been to one RV show and the 349M was there. It was the only one we both liked :-) I'm sure we'll need to look at more before we decide. It seemed to be more sturdily made to me than any of the others we saw too. One thing I don't like is that there are 4 TVs! Two people do not need 4 Tvs! I have never bought anything like this before. Is it possible to switch things up or not include extra TVs, etc. when you buy them? At the RV show they said that with the deal they were offering you couldn't change anything. Just curious.

We're getting closer to retirement and I am a bit anxious about the reality of scaling down to a fifth wheel and hitting the road! It will be a big adjustment.

Grand Design Momentum 350M question

Not really. Keep 'em. They won't give you anything for them. They may take them, and give you a little of their hidden cost. But, when I've bought my 2, they acted like they didn't even care about the TV's. Said they came from the manufacturer with them in it.

No need/reason to take one off RV lot.......

Order one with and/or without items as you want.

Overall ----pricing is not much different

We ordered ours back in 2006 when we were gearing up for FT (ordered truck also)
We added couple of windows in bedroom slide out, deleted window in entry door, added a window in 'hallway', had AC wiring installed for 5 individual circuits for Inverter I would install, deleted in-cabinet TV in bedroom (used as extra storage),
had washer /dryer prep done (just in case---but used it as a linen closet instead)

We ordered our 350 and had remove the back patio stairs and two zero gravity chairs. Changed out microwave with convection oven. Knocked a couple hundred off the final negotiated price.

Never thought to ask about TV'S because we have children at home still and use the TVs in the different locations just at different times. 4 is definitely overkill, but there are times when they come in handy due to the location and not because 4 different shows.

I wish we would have removed the rear recliner as well. We found it just got in the way and decided to remove it from the garage. It now is in our teenage son's room.

I've got the Grand Design Reflection 323BHS bunk house model that came with one large television in the living room.

We added one 29 inch television to the front bedroom and one 32 inch television in the bunk house for our grandchildren.

My wife and I keep different hours, and we watch different television channels. It's nice that I can stay up late and watch my own television shows closed off in the back room without having to compete with her Hallmark Channel.

We've had our Grand Design fifth wheel 3 years, and thankfully it's never seen the shop. It's a company in a class of their own in customer support.
