Most likely near your water panel if you have it or under it. There should be labels where the handles are.

When you find the valves, the left one is usually the “black” tank.

Ask on the Keystoneforums.com forum. Your login / password will work from this site as they fall both under the same ownership. There is also a montana specific forum but I don't know much more; it appears to have the same basic forum layout and software so you may be able to post there after getting the moderator to allow you in.

This information will not be in any manual. The manuals you receive with any camper are generic and meant to cover almost all models in the product line. If the camper was purchased new, this is something a dealer would cover in the walk through but if not purchased new, needs to rely on someone with an identical model or more brains than me to help. I have the manual for my Cougar and it covers every Cougar model made that year. NOTHING specific about how to do anything.

I was turned around. The black waste valve is usually on the right. You should drain the black tank first, run the gray afterward to help flush the black waste down the hose.
