Well we're leaving New Jersey tomorrow and heading south over the next 10 days. I just finished installation of two brand new Dexter 4000 lb torflex axles with forward never adjust brakes, or forward self-adjusting brakes.
2014 Rockwood fifth wheel.
My tow vehicle is a 2011 F350 6.7 diesel. It has a brake controller in the dash, and I never had any brake problems before with my old axles. I had to change my axles because all of the welds on the left side of both axles holding the bracket onto the axle we're broken! So I put these brand new, complete with brakes, axles on two weeks ago, and had to drive 10 mi to storage while I took care of a family emergency. Didn't feel any brakes then, and now I have the trailer jacked up and it seems like there's a 7 second delay before they come on, but they do all come on.
DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY IDEAS?
