How do I change this light bulb?
I have a 2010 Pilgrim International. This light bulb has burned out but it appears to be one unit. I've pulled on the bulb, the whole unit but it doesn't move and I haven't wanted to force it. Does anyone know how to take bulb out? Thank you.

I tried that but it won't budge. I'm afraid it will break if I apply any more pressure. My brother tried (he also has an rv) and he couldn't get it out either. Maybe some wd-40 will work. Thanks for your help.

I don't believe the white part is removed. It appears to be 906 or 921 bulb and they should just pull out. They can sometimes be in there tight 0151 — like pulling at the base of the bulb with needle nose while holding the base with channel-locks tight.

I haven't seen that type of bulb with a base attached . But I have seen them over heated ; as yours appears to have been ; and they can weld themselves into the socket . Try some WD40 , remove the circuit fuse first , but you might end up breaking the bulb to get it out , wear gloves or use pliers.

Burned out light bulb
Got it! I pulled a little harder on just the bulb and it came out. Wasn't connected to the white plastic part.
Thanks all for your help.

Might be a good spot to install a cooler LED replacement.

Do the LED thing, you won't regret it. But check out whether you would rather have cool white or warm white--makes a difference, especially to the boss...

My boss is all about the warm white, and I'm still looking for an LED warm white that fits the bill.
