Question I need a good 5th Wheel Cover

Ok...I've been convinced that I need to get a Cover for my 5th Wheel.

I live in Southern Michigan and we get a fair amount of snow and freezing weather. I'd like a Good RV Cover that'll do the job. I've heard that I should get one that's "breathable" so that moisture is allowed to escape.

Could some of you please give me some ideas as to the Brands and/or Models of 5th Wheel Covers I should look at?

Thank you...

We purchased this one and it is performing well for 2 seasons. Our previous one lasted over 8 years which is great for a cover. It's breathable and has wind flaps built in to allow the wind to escape without beating the cover to death. The Tyvek top seems to be performing well to. YMMV.

I have a Gold Bond brand. I had an Adco before which did not hold up more the 2 seasons. Gold Brand is expensive but worth it. They come with a five year warranty and they stand behind it. After 4 years mine devoleped a sun rot tear ( l live in S Ca ) l sent them a pic talked to them on line 2 days later they sent me a new one . No charges shipping or otherwise. You beat that for backing up your product. . Check them out on line.

Shoot me a PM. Live in Holland, MI. I have one that fits a 36+ foot fiver that I can no longer use. Several years old, but in great condition. Made by Adco and is tyvek. If you think it will fit let me know. Will give you a very good deal.

Southwest Michigan here and skip the cover it will just rub your wax off anyway. about 10 years ago we had an ice storm and the power went out so I went out and chiseled the door open and started the furnace then the genny. The neighbors unit was covered and he ended up cutting the cover to do the same. Can't win for losing sometimes. 4 Days without power he ended up cutting his cover into little pieces to take it off so they could live in it. Just my $.02

I bought a Camco from Walmart.com. I got a great price and free shipping. It lasted 2 years. The only damage was on the end that faced to the south and it was basically destroyed from sun exposure. If you can park your rig facing different directions the cover will last longer. My top and three sides looked brand new. Camco's warranty was 2 years.
