I think I may have totally screwed myself.

I may have bent my frame by jacking my stabilizers too much and messed up my structure. Has anyone ever seen this or done this before? How can I fix it. I'm thinking about trying to fix it myself.

dude
if using your stabilizer jacks did all that...you have some serious structural issues
if your frame is straight...and it looks like it other than the little flange...the jacks didnt do that, unless you just used one jack and then twisted the whole frame.
i bet the the side came off from moisture damage behind the outer surface and rotted out screws and glued joints. is it wet or moist in the area your holding open
did you run over something to bend that little flange?

Yea it's wet in there. I have a hard time believing I jacked it that hard. I don't remember seeing these bent this bad when I bought it.

I agree with powerboatr. It looks like moisture has caused the siding to delaminate from the framework, and probably normal movement while traveling down the road has made it apparent. Find the source of the moisture, clean it up, and reattach the siding and you will probably be ok. It is hard to tell from the pictures, but I think the bent brace is unrelated.

Be very sure it is completely dry before you reseal that wall or it will happen all over again.

Good luck.

Start your inspection on the roof where the roof meets the sidewalls, or at any penetrations in the area. Look for cracked caulking, or signs of an old patch. Then work your way down!

If you take off that vinyl insert in that molding, you will see all the screw that did attach that molding to the rear corner. I would imagine they are probably rusted/broke and not really attached to anything. I believe your problem is from leaks and rot, not from twisting the frame.

Yep, those screws through the vinyl insert are not factory work.

I'm betting it's expanding from moisture and pushing the side out. I got a heat gun and looks like plenty of good weather. Screws are definitely rusted.
