If you want a KZ Escalade...Just Ask!
Sounds too good to be true right? Well of course it is but there is some truth to this comment that I thought some might find interesting.
Most of us look out in the marketplace at what is "Avialable" in terms of 5th wheel selection. Of course you can always get a custom one made but what if there was a brand you thought very highly of and thought that because they don't have 2012 brochures flying around that they no longer make them....wrong!
I just recently purchased a 2007 KZ Escalade 40' REB. Wow is right! They are built very well and we feel lucky to have found this.
But what if you wanted one and couln't find one. Just Ask! That's right, I just got off the phone with the great folk at KZ who are working with me on a few questions I have my new rig. The very gal there who is finding the answers is sending me an owners manual and some other stuff that will help out. She is fielding questions to her production engineers ....are you getting this? The point is, purchased a used rig albeit a very high end one but used nonetheless.....and KZ is so good to their brand name and customer loyalty that they are helping someone who bought a used one.
Now THAT'S someone whom I would put on a short list of top manufacturers to by from.
Ok, so when I was speaking with this gal she found out while we were on the phone that they are not manufacturing the "Escalade" line for 2012 because of makert conditions and price and so forth...but she said if someone wanted them to make one....no problem .....so if you in fact had one in mind and were wondering ...Just Ask.
I would think our consmer advantage in the marketplace would be true in many other scenarios....
