Looking for the contact info for a Forest River Rep to check on the status of some parts ordered a long time ago. The shop is not being very responsive.

You may be able to call Forest River and ask if parts have been ordered by the repair company for your rig. You probably will need your VIN and name of the shop when you call.
We have a Heartland and I have called for the same reason in the past.
