Install Haloview Backup Camera

The monitor on dash has a lot of wire. Very long. I am installing the mc7109 It is only about 2 feet to 12 volt connection. Would like to know from anyone that has installed the unit how you handled excess wire

I just rolled it up and zip tied the excess. I typically install my monitor right next to my rear view mirror and i drape the excess roll of wire over and behind the mirror.

I did the same , just tied it up. Looking at cutting as I only need the power connection none of the other wires and splicing in a standard 12V plug.
