Actually, you could barely see the jacks. they were completely under the 5er including the handles.
Sort of looked like it was floating behind the truck.

In the past, I purchased two "Trailer Aid" ramps, and whenever I've wanted to get one axle off the ground, I drive the other up onto the Trailer Aides, and everything worked slick!

Hammer,
How did you use the ramps to raise the trailer?
Did you put a trailer aid on both sides and then back or pull up to change tires?
I also have a heavy Newmar Kountry Star and have yet to lift it. I do have one Trailer Aid. If this works good and safely I will get another soon. Please reply ASAP.
Thanks , Russ

His last post was in 2004 so I don't think you are going to get an answer from him.

I have never tried to lift an axle with two trailer aids, but I have heard of people doing it just as you describe. It should work fine.

When I needed to jack mine up to flip axles I wanted something more stable and secure than stands/bottle jack.

The local lumber place had piles of "farm loads", basically a bunch of warped or weathered lumber banded together for cheap.

Got a bunch of 4x12's, cut them into 2' lengths with chain saw, so I could have a 4' by 4' stack of blocking under each corner...
