Lots of posts about walls cracking around slide cutouts over on the Jayco Owners Forum. Mostly Northpoints and Pinnacles IIRC.
Seems like Jayce now provides the cut with the expansion piece as a preventative measure.

It is a structual stress crack. Same thing occured on my 2020 Montana eminating from the corner of the front cab slide. Repair required removing the skin and welding additional aluminum structural baraces in the sidde wall then re-instating the skin with an expansion joint where the crack occured. Mine was covered under Keystone's 3-year structual warranty. If outside the warranty, might be covered under a service contract.

I would check with your dealer and find our what the manufacturer believes the cause is and proper repair strategy. The attached is Keystone's repair strategy for a sidewall stress crack.

We had a sidewall crack on our Road Warrior in June 2020 and had it repaired in Goshen. Due to bad fiberglass work, we experienced a spider effect crack in the same area in August of last year. The repaired shop reworked the spot in August and so far, no new issues.
Last year they did an expansion joint, and it stop any issues until it was repaired this past August.
