Jayco Pinnacle/ Keystone Montana

I am researching these two brands/models. Does anyone have any opinions on dealerships that work well with customers and Dealerships to stay away from. I am open to traveling for the best deal.

We bought our 32RLTS at McGuagh RV in Springdale, Arkansas. A small dealer but the service has been excellent. The service staff is very friendly and always willing to answer my questions, which were numerous at first. The sales experience was very good, probably better than any rv we have bought. Their pricing was the best I could find in our area but not sure how it is now.

Keep in mind that if you "travel" for the best deal you may then be locked in to also traveling for service, which is a pain. Most dealers' service departments are swamped these days, and will prioritize those who purchased from them.

Just something to consider.

I agree with the above statement. My local dealer will not even work on another trailer of the same make if the trailer was not purchased from them.

Another thing to think about is that "THOR" is the parent company of both Keystone and Jayco now. Which means the quality went out the window on Jayco.
