Keystone 5th wheel one slide, front jack and rear jack do not move up good please hel

We have a 2012 Keystone High Country Cougar 5th wheel camper that has 2 slides (one rear one front) and has electic front jacks and rear jacks. When plugged in and unplugged (both ways) the front and rear electric jacks do not move up very well as one of the slides (rear slide) I have to have my wife push slide button and I push on slide to get the slide to come out.

This problem happens both plugged in and unplugged, we have tried replacing batteries with new interstate batteries no luck called dealer and he states could be slide motor going bad but why is the front and rear electic jacks do not work very well as well everything seems to have low power ???? Please help ???

Unplug from pedistal
Disconnect battery.
Go to your converter
Remove retaining screws so you can plastic cover around fuses and breakers.
Check the wire connections are tight. Snug is good. Bet you have a loose connection or more than one. Check connections at the 12 volt shut off as well. Slide and jacks are 12 volt. Gotta be battery or connections or a short drawing down the battery

Agree with Roadrunner - sounds like you are not getting full electrical current. Agree, a loose connection. I would check all the wiring you can get too.

If you are mechanically/electrically inclined you can prove the issue by disconnecting the wires from the slide motor and jumping them directly to a known good battery. If that works like it should then the other troubleshooting suggestions are spot on (and probably a good idea anyway.)
