Keystone builds a lot of RVs and the Alpine isn't (to my knowledge) built on a separate line. I've had roof issues due to poor gluing of the EPDM, roof ballooned, cut itself on the AC frame, etc. I got a "new roof" (well, 2 new roofs) because I caught it under warranty via a camera mounted on top of the RV.
To even have a shot at help from Keystone, it'll need to be documented that you had no water intrusion, no issues other root causes, and that the roof had a problem for a factory-built reason...
