Landing Gear Slipping

I have a 2020 Alliance Paradigm 310RL, and my landing gear seem to be slipping. Lippert provided a new valve, however that did not fix the issue, and of course I have a trip planned before I can get it into the shop.

Any ideas on how to keep it from slipping for a few days? I found the video below of someone using a temporary fix, however their levelers are of an older model. The tubes in my system look more machined than theirs and I am afraid of damaging them using their idea of a heavy duty exhaust clamp.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

//KMac

Make a piece a little bigger than the foot . Put a couple of holes in it . Run some Romex or rope thru the holes and tie it off through one of the supporting leg holes that your foot goes into .

You can also use a small ratchet strap .

Sorry, a little mis-communication on my end. This is after setting the RV up, the landing gear "sinks".

Thank you for your ideas.

I am thinking you have a leak in the system, somewhere. You will need to trace all of your lines and check each jack. You may find it is just a loose line and just need to tighten, if you are lucky.
But start with the main landing gear, then if not there you will need to check each line, jack.
We had a leak and same thing, it was a rear jack, loose hose, luckily.
Can you isolate each valve and that will give you an ideal of where to hand tracing. After you get setup turn each valve off and see if the landing gear still leaks off.
Heck it may not even be the stabilizing legs, but look at your slide-out, bet it is hydraulic.

Just a thought.

This has been solved. Apparently, when I put in the new valve, I "tightened" the adjustment screw the wrong way, as it is reverse threaded. After adjusting correctly, the landing gear is no longer "sinking".

Thank you guys!
