I just ordered the Lippert Solid Steps as well, after a lot of contemplation between those and the MORryde. I looked at the GlowSteps - significantly more money ($575 vs $290), and I personally think they are quite ugly...but many seem to like them. I know the SolidSteps will be a huge upgrade to my OEM, and a small broom or towel solves the main issue people seem to complain about. Fingers crossed install goes well without any cutting required...

Search youtube for "lippert solid steps" there's lots of videos showing how to install them.
Looks really easy. I'll be buying them when we get the new fiver next year.

I have the solid steps (came with my unit) and love them. As a matter of fact, I have two exit doors and two sets of the Solid Steps.

I have no issue opening or closing. No issues with the screen doors.

Two drawbacks:
1) If someone parks close to me in my storage lot, I cannot open them. The do have to have enough clearance to swing out. Not typically an issue, but it has happened.
2) Cleaning and drying the steps is simple with a leaf blower. The one issue I have encountered is that I use the wrapping step carpeting. When that gets soaked, it will drip a fair bit of water. I put an old beach towel at the base of the steps when I fold them in and it addresses this issue. Without the carpet, the blower is adequate.

Bottom line, they are rock solid, can be adjusted easily on un-even ground. I am pleased with them.
