opened our rv up from winter storage. noticed our blower motor on the furnace would rev up and run fast then slow down, any ideas? also with or without furnace on lights would get bright then dim

I'm not able to help but I'm sure someone will if they have some more information. It would be very helpful to know make model and year of the RV as well as the make and model of your heat system.

Well seeing how you just took out of storage, old battery or new?
Is the battery fully charged?
Have you checked all the battery connections to be sure clean and corrosion free, including the ground to frame connection.
If the battery connections are solid, and the battery test strong, most likely the 12 volt converter.

Also check the water in the battery.

went ahead replaced battery it was over 4 years old. seemed to be ok .. willl know more this next weekend
