I'll be using that "blue" tank in my 4th 5W: a new 32-5S Artic Fox. What I like most is that I usually shot off the pump before going to bed: pressure build but the tank is good for 4-5 toilet flushes... so no noisy pump running to disturb the other's dream or nightmare!
Cost: about 50$ including hardware.

P.S. If one doesn't have enough space near the pump, that tank doesn't have to be installed near it; anywhere on the water line where you have enough space will do the same job.

Shureflo has a plastic/nylon tank also available @ most any rv supplier - works very good - solved my noise problem in a Coachmen unit.

One cause of a noisy pump is a clogged intake screen. Our pump became very noisy shortly after our first outing, especially when the tank was below 1/3 full. After much vibration dampening effort, to no avail, I became aware of the intake "filter"(really a fine screen). I removed the filter, disassembled it, and found it clogged with plastic shavings from the installation process. Once cleaned the pump noise seemed to be much quieter. It's becoming noisy again, guess another filter cleaning is required.
