2 comments. First I agree to replace the cheap screw on "pressure regulator" as they seem to reduce flow in my observations. I got a Valtera adjustable regulator which is first in line at the pedestal. Second, each aerator has a flow restrictor that in some cases can be removed. How is the flow with the aerator removed?
OK third is the comment about hoses. I see a significant difference between 3/8" vs 1/2" hoses.

I bought a new Fleetwood Storm back in 1999.
Couldn’t get the city water to work on my first trip.
Brought it back to the Rv dealer, they took off the outside connection and found the water line was too long and kinked when they put on the outside connector. Trimmed the line put the cover on. Fixed. I would look at that, it’s just a few screws.

IF you remove/not use ANY regulator on supply do you have adequate FLOW/Pressure?
WIth CG supply only at 42# you do NOT need a water pressure regulator.
That new adjustable will NOT increase supply side pressure
Common pressure setting is 50# on the adjustable regulator (static pressure/no flow)---then when there is a demand the reg can open up and allow more pressure.
But with 42# from spigot..reg will already be wide open

I read in the OP's very first post he removed the "pressure reducer" and it did NOT change the problem. I don't think buying a new replacement will change his problem.

My comment about the adjustable water pressure regulator was on the assumption that the OP will visit other locations and may encounter higher pressures. Part of that comment also related to the "fixed" pressure regulator which I see as problematic. I have my regulator set at 50 but have been places with low pressure. I can adjust it down to know if the incoming pressure is low or if the problem is downstream in the RV someplace.
2 years ago my GF bought a 2012 PT Crusader and I couldn't get any city water pressure. Turns out the inlet valve had come apart, spring issue as I recall, so I replaced the assembly.

n Adjustable regulator is much better then those fixed restrictors any day.
Never know what CG supply pressure will be and they are great to have/use.
OP only has 42# supply from CG so can hookup directly w/o reg.
Plus it has been suggested about known issues with those cheap inlet check valves.
But guess OP has found his low pressure problem OR just isn't posting back........who knows??

He said that everything worked normally when dry camping, using his own water pump.
The problem would have to be in the fresh (city) water inlet, bad check valve, clogged inlet screen , bad pressure reducer, or even something blocking his white supply hose.
If the hose and screen are clear, remove the pressure reducer. If still low pressure, it's probably time to replace the inlet one valve ($10+/- and maybe 1/2 diy labour.
