Main slide wires

Looking at the way KZ routed the wires into my main slide is kind of disappointing. There’s a lot to be desired in the engineering department. All the wires go through a 2 1/2” Hole drilled into the bottom corner of the slide. As the slid closes, the wires are squeezed between the slide floor and the RV frame. Not much room there. Maybe 1/2” or less. I hope that over time, the wires don’t get destroyed. I’m wondering if this is normal practice with trailer manufacturers.

Sorry to say, its the norm these days.

You probably can improve on it. Won't be long for those wires! Its all about the speed of assembly.
