Mattress recommendations

The factory mattress is killing my neck and back... I need a better mattress... the Mrs and I prefer a good firm mattress.

We have been looking at some on Amazon with memory foam and coils which come in a little box...

Any recommendations? I can't do many more nights on this mattress.

If it matters, our Coachman Chaparral 360IBL has a residential queen size bed.

Buy what you would for your stick and brick bed. That's what we do!

If I were in the market for a new mattress again I would take a serious look at this system. It allows the use of a thinner mattress on a solid platform. In most RVs the thicker mattress causes space issues so this system deals with that problem. Have read lots of reviews on the Froli product and they are all good.

Had same issues as OP and went out and purchased a sera at a mattress store in a full sized queen. Same mattress we have at home just one size smaller.

We changed out to a Lessa mattress. Pricey but very good

I know people with sleep numbers and they love them. Like the others said any queen size will fit, Shop like it is for your sticks and bricks.

We replaced ours with one from Amazon - Zinus memory foam.

After a few trips on that we replaced the one in sticks and bricks with the same brand.

Come in bunch of sizes and thicknesses. Price point is nice too.

Mattress are a very personal item. Too soft back hurts, too stiff, joints hurt. Younger years was different. So very personal. I would never recommend a mattress

I got one of these and when I traded my 5W for a new one I transferred it.

We went to our local mattress store and tried them all. The DW found one she liked and the mattress store ordered it with our measurements. It took a week to get here and they removed the old mattress and replaced it with the new one. DW is happy and that is all that matters.

If this thread runs long enough, you will have 50 different recommendations. Here is another; we are looking at the LinenSpa 10" hybrid latex mattress, also on Amazon. We find memory foam sleeps too hot for us.
