Morryde ISO Parts
Hello,
I am a full time RVer and hit some huge potholes heading to Galveston. I want to have my Morryde IS checked for alignment and bearing packed. To be sure I don't have problems I would like to get bearing and shims before I take it in to the repair shop. I cant find any info on the Morryde site for parts. Does anyone have a suggestion where I can get these parts.
Thanks.

most commercial truck and trailer alignment shops should be able to check to see if your still strait.
The rubber blocks on the IS can have minor cracks don't be alarmed if you find small cracks that are within Morryde specs.
From what I have seen on ours small cracks started showing up around 4 years old on the rubber. Not any thing out of spec so far at 6 years old .

Bearings and seals, I got from O'Reilly's. You can get the parts from any auto parts store. Disc brakes part as well.
The shims, you have no ideal about which one you would need to add/remove from the system. For a double axel rig, you would need at least 4 of each shim to be prepared for what you may encounter, then what are you going to do with the parts you do not use? I would not worry about the shims, you just don't know what you will need.
An authorized repair center for the IS System will have the parts on hand or be able to get just what is needed. We had a major issue 6 weeks after install in 2020, the Buckeye, Az. repair center had all the shims needed for the system.

I would try calling MORryde, talk to Lindsey Yoder she schedules service appointments but I’m sure she could get you in touch with someone to help you with parts.
Her number is 574-293-1581 extension 1253
Hope this gets you what you’re looking for.

I want to thank everyone who sent suggestions. I secured the parts from MorRyde. The largest challenge was finding a reputable service center with the proper equipment to do alignments. Several wanted to do the alignment in there driveway. I don’t think so.
Thanks

its not odd for trailer shop to work outside, the equipment to get you running strait isn't all that big of a deal to move around. just need some place flat without wind.

What is wrong with doing it in the driveway area? Our has been done that way 2 times since October 2020.

Residing in southeastern Wisconsin it’s fairly easy for us to travel to Elkhart and have alignments done right at MORryde. The plus is IF they spot issues with other components, they have all the parts at the ready for quick replacement!!
We take our trailer in about every 3 years and let the experts take care of alignments and whatever else may need attention! No roadside problems that way!
