need a cover for my Vent

I need a cover for the vent on my Arctic Wolf 5th wheel. The vent has a Fantastic 3 spd fan. I want a cover so I can leave the vent open when driving or when it rains or snows. I don't know what kind as there are 2 tabs that stick up. See Link Below for picture.
TIA
