Need help with NADA value
I've been looking for the Nada value for the 2015 evergreen bay hill 379fl we're buying. I'm trying to help my loan officer at our local credit union find it so I can get my loan check for the dealer next week. Does anyone know something I don't? I've tried looking it up but all that comes up is travel trailers, no fifth wheels. Hope someone can help me out.

I'm not even able to find the model 379fl in any of the nada sub categories. Surely it has to be somewhere in there. I can't be the only one that has purchased a used bay hill 5ver.

Interesting that I picked the same one, altho the only used one on there.
Looks like a nice unit, hope it works well for you.
FWIW, I couldn't find it on the NADA listings either...

She's working with the dealer to find comperable units that gave sold. Hopefully they can come up with something.

The CU is just doing it by the book so they can't be dinged on an audit. Have had some interesting situations with CUs, (and banks) about my 450s.
Hope you get it worked out.

You run into some interesting things trying to finance RV's! We had a bunch of money in an annuity. The banks wouldn't count it because we hadn't taken any money out and it didn't show on our last years taxes! There was enough there to buy the MH outright plus pay off the stick house but they still wouldn't accept the paperwork!

Just read Evergreen which makes Bayhill closed thier doors on 6-10. I would seriously investigate that claim prior to buying .

Just got home with it yesterday, couldn't be more pleased with it. It's a '15 model so not too concerned about the closing in regards to manufacturers warranty anyway. No dealers close to me that I could rely on so I'll still continue to be my own service department. lol
