Needing to understand the numbers.

The 5er I'm looking at is an Arctic Wolf 261RK.

They list the numbers as:

Hitch Weight: 1,325 lb.
GVWR 11,525 lb.
UVW 7,773 lb.
CCC 3,752 lb.

So I'm figuring the pin weight of 1325 is based on the dry weight of 7773?

The cargo of 3752 seems quite generous for my wife and I. Maybe I'm confused but the majority of what my wife and I have would fit in 2-3 suitcases each. The rest is food and furniture and we wouldn't be taking the furniture. It also seems that most of the weight would be in the rear kitchen.

So I must be missing a few things here. What should my pin weight be with more of a load on board but probably not maxed out? And what am I missing on cargo?

Based on the numbers given, your pin weight is roughly 17% of your total.
At max weight, your pain will be just under 2000lbs.

Hitch Weight: 1,325 lb. Dry pin based on UVW
GVWR 11,525 lb. UVW plus CCC
UVW 7,773 lb. Dry weight as it leaves Factory
CCC 3,752 lb. total cargo carrying capacity (weight of full propane, weight of water in fresh water tank and any Dealer added options will decease CCC

17% DRY Pin ratio (dry pin/UVW)
Wet pin roughly 2000-2300#
Fresh water/propane/basement cargo will affect wet pin

It's a tad light....typically you want 20-25% wet pin

Wet pin will be affected by weight of propane, water weight infresh water tank (travel with it full) and items placed in the basement/front compartment
